I built this system over a summer to write a memoir of my own life, childhood through now, because I wanted to look honestly at my patterns: in relationships, in the things I've carried, in the choices I keep making without noticing I'm making them.
I didn't set out to build a product. I wanted to talk about my life and have something real come out the other end. Laying it out chronologically, in scenes, with someone (something) asking me the follow-up questions I'd never asked myself, turned out to be one of the most useful tools for reflection I've ever used. It also happened to produce a finished manuscript.
That's the belief underneath all of it: nothing solid can't be changed. We move to heal. That's what I mean by kinesis, and it's not an accident that my own last chapter is called that. The hardest parts of a life aren't detours from the purpose. They're usually the road to it. Writing your story straight through, in order, is one of those movements: a way to see clearly enough to build the next version of yourself.
That's also why this isn't a kit you download and never hear from me again. That kind of change moves faster with a community of like-minded people around you than it does alone in a document. So the WhatsApp access isn't an add-on. It's the point.
This kit is that exact system, handed to you. I'm not a ghostwriter and I'm not your therapist, but I've done this myself, start to finish, and I'll be reachable while you do it too.
